Summary

The Ultima games were some of my favorite games. Why?

They were fun.
They gave the player freedom.
They gave the player plenty of interesting and fun things to do.

In fact, I liked Ultima so much I worked at Origin on Ultima Online. I am known by the pseudonym of Stormwind.

I wish games like the above were still made today.

I'm currently hoping to play Ultima V: Warriors of Destiny sometime. I've almost given up trying to play Ultima 9: Ascension since the latest (and last) patch crashes on startup on my machine.
