PalmOS Projects
Introduction
I've started doing some PalmOS programming. Projects are listed below.
Contents
- kMoria 0.15 Tiles+Nav 2
(unofficial) - [Package, Source]
- This is kMoria
0.15 (by Bridget
Spitznagel) to which I:
- ported the graphical tileset support from iRogue 1.1.1
- added Treo 600 5-way Nav support
- fixed the bug where mapped hardware buttons would cause partial drawing over active menus
- The tileset should be named kMoriaTileDB.pdb and uses the same
format as the iRogue tileset (but monsters and items map to different
characters in kMoria). Included in the package is a temporary tileset
adapted from the iRogue color tileset by Ryan
Quillinan. Ryan is working on a kMoria tileset.
- Up, Down, RLeft, RRight, and RCenter map to the Treo 600 5-way
Nav button in the Buttons screen. I don't know what is up with
RUp and RDown.
- I modified the makefiles and source to allow compilation with
the Palm OS 5.0r3 SDK, pilrc
3.1, and prc-tools 2.3
(all under Linux).
- To compile the source, you will need the Handspring
Treo 600 header files to get the header files needed for the 5-way
Nav button.
- iRogue 1.1.1 Nav 2 (unofficial)
- [Package, Source]
- This is iRogue
1.1.1 (by Bridget
Spitznagel) to which I:
- added Treo 600 5-way Nav support
- fixed the bug where mapped hardware buttons would cause partial drawing over active menus
- Up, Down, RLeft, RRight, and RCenter map to the Treo 600 5-way
Nav button in the Bindings screen. I don't know what is up with
RUp and RDown.
- I recommend the iRogue
Tile Set by Ryan
Quillinan to get graphical color tiles in the game.
- I modified the makefiles and source to allow compilation with
the Palm OS 5.0r3 SDK, pilrc
3.1, and prc-tools 2.3
(all under Linux).
- To compile the source, you will need the Handspring
Treo 600 header files to get the header files needed for the 5-way
Nav button.
